Sure, I did the readings. But I certainly haven’t been reviewing or studying along the way. The end of the semester snuck up on me.

I met with a 3L a few days ago and asked how he organized his study schedule.

“I did consistent 10-12 hour days from now until finals.”

“No way bro. That’s literally insane.”

“Yeah, I didn’t really do much during the semester.”

“Ooooooooh.”

At least I know some things:

Murder is the intentional killing of another with malice aforethought.

Mutual Assent + Consideration = Contract

Purposeful availment of minimum contacts

I watched three hours of Quimbee last night. See below.

But yeah, I’m feeling alright. Not great though. I might not be doing 10-12 hour days but I have a lot of work to do reviewing outlines, doing practice exams, and revisiting old material. It’ll be a heavy week.

But, I have a few fun things planned. Tonight, I’m Alec’s date to his corporate party at Universal Studios. I’m hiking Saturday, celebrating Thanksgiving in Ventura, and helping my friend Lydia build a chicken coop Monday and Tuesday.

I’ll be studying the rest of the time.

Civil Procedure and Criminal Law for the next few days, then I’ll lean heavy into Contracts leading up to the exam.
